TagCheck for Lifting Equipment

An innovative and cost effective series of tagging systems that can be incorporated within your planned in-service inspection programme.

TagCheck System 1

This is a simple colour-coded tagging system designed for lifting tackle located at a single site where the items are inspected at standard frequency. A single colour is current, any item with that colour has been inspected and can be used and all other colour tagged items should be removed from service.

TagCheck System 2

Similar to Tagcheck System 1 except that it is designed for lifting tackle that may move between sites. A dated tie wrap and colour coded tie is used to indicate when an item is due for next inspection.

TagCheck System 3 and 4

These systems consist of a dated tag or adhesive label and are designed for use with any inspected machinery. The tag/label will indicate when the item should next be examined.
